Professional Land Surveyor - PLS - Survey Technician


Position Description:
The Professional Land Surveyor is responsible for the following:

Preparation of plats of subdivision for developments in Will, DuPage, and Kendall Counties.  ALTA, boundary, and topography knowledge required.  Project management skills will include managing multiple projects and directing a project team along with working with clients, and other consultants and municipalities.

Qualifications:
The PLS/Survey Technician is responsible for follow through and quality completion of all assigned tasks with the following essential qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in subdivision design
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge and expertise with AutoCad and Land Development Desktop

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
