Project Manager


Position Description:
The Project Manager is accountable for the following:
Provide overall project management, ownership, and technical direction to multiple residential and commercial land development projects; establish project objectives and policies; enforce company and project policies, best practices and processes; initiate and maintain client interface, contact and communications; ensure, deliver and maintain all project budgets, schedules, and quality standards with follow through and completion to meet and exceed client expectations. Will lead and direct cross-functional teams of surveyors, planners, and landscape architects.

Qualifications:
The Project Manager is responsible for on-time, on-budget, follow through and quality completion of all assigned projects with the following essential qualifications:

Strong knowledge and expertise with land development process from concept through engineering, platting, and construction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
10 + years experience as a project manager
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding customer and cross-functional internal team leadership skills
Proficiency with PC based Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and CRM/CPM scheduling programs

Education:
BS Degree required; engineering or construction Management preferred
